Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

 Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred, however we do accept the occasional walk-in appointments, in which care can not be delayed. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Emergencies are followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Please realize we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A ‘drop-off’ means that you bring your pet at a time scheduled by you and the receptionist and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Usually we ask that you drop-off your pet in the morning so our doctors can see the patient in between appointments or the time that has been purposely reserved.

For the safety of all animals in our care; we ask that all vaccinations are up to date, requiring your pet’s Rabies vaccine that is required by North Carolina State Law.

We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering our facilities and remain as such until otherwise asked. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they feel uneasy about new people, surroundings, sounds, and/or other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet, in the ways previously mentioned.
